Refund policy

At Wellivaa, we want you to love what you purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging

Products must be in the same condition as received

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Personal care tech items once used

Beauty, hair care, or self-care products once opened

Gift cards

Items marked as Final Sale


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include:

Your order number

Reason for return

Clear images (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

⚠️ Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

You will be notified of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again

Contact your credit card company

Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at wellivaa@gmail.com.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

Defective

Damaged

Incorrectly shipped

If you need an exchange, email us at wellivaa@gmail.com with your order details and photos.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear images or videos of the issue

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Shipping costs are non-refundable


8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
