- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Personalized and Print-on-Demand products may require additional production time before shipment.
Shipping Time
- India: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–20 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and carrier.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delays
- Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
