3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Wellivaa is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges to be re-shipped

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

9. Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
